We are still open for business as usual. To ensure our customers'health and safety, our distribution center has always implemented strict hygiene practices everyday. In addition, shipping methods are more flexible, while we'reworking hard to make that are delivered as soon as possible. Simultaneously we've taken steps to protect the health of our employees and their families.

Are you still shipping packages?
Yes! Although the shipping methods threaten to delay for a few days, we're fully operational and working hard to delivery our package as scheduled, please be patient.
Are packages safe to receive?
Our packages are absolutely safe! According to experts from the World Health Organization, Center for Disease Control and many others, coronavirus can not survive on surfaces for more than 3 days, so it can not survive the journey from our warehouse to your door. We've also taken extreme measures to regularly disinfect our warehouse, equipment and tools，as well as sterilizing every package before it's shipped.
How are you taking care of your our employees?
We have taken extreme actions to protect our employees and communities that areas important as our customers. We distribute protective masks, alcohol and other sanitation supplies to those who must work in the office. Additionally, we've canceled large events，moved our daily meetings online, ensuring the regular sanitization of high-traffic surfaces like door handles, stairway handrails, elevator buttons, lockers, and touchscreens.
